Consumers may request assistance from volunteers screened and oriented by Enable. Each year over 380 persons get involved with Enable. Some choose to work one on one with those who participate in services and supports offered by Enable. If a person assisted by Enable wants a friendly visitor or assistant, that can be arranged through a request to program staff. Time is taken to ensure the match is the right fit for both the consumer and the volunteer.
