What are the hours of operation?
Enable headquarters, located in Princeton, NJ, is open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. A candidate can stop by the office at any time to fill out an employment application. Some programs at other locations are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
When am I eligible for health insurance benefits?
Any employee hired for a 35 or more hours scheduled position is eligible for health benefits after 60 days of continuous employment.
Is there an employee contribution to health benefits?
Currently, Enable pays for health, dental, and prescription coverage for the employee. Spouses and dependents are paid for by the employee.
What is the policy for vacation, sick, and personal days?
Paid Time Off (PTO) is accrued beginning with the first day of employment

Can you transfer from part time to full time?
Enable encourages employees to seek positions that offer more responsibility and benefits within the organization.
How often are employees paid?
Employees are paid every other week on Friday. If a holiday falls on a Friday, payday is Thursday.
If an employee refers someone to Enable, is there any compensation?
From time to time, Enable may offer a recruitment bonus to a current employee at the discretion of the Executive Director.
