When we ask you to come in for an interview, we will ask you to complete an internship application as well. You may want to download the Internship Application now. Provide three references. We will also ask for proof of the results of your latest Mantoux test.

Your school will most likely ask you to complete forms to give you credit for the internship. Be sure to ask at your school what forms are required and if Enable is an approved placement—or what Enable would have to do to become an approved placement.
