About Us

Our Team

Enable works closely with individuals and their families to provide personalized services that cater to age, ability, and need. Our caring staff includes nearly 300 loyal employees, many of whom have been with our organization for more than a decade, as well as some 1,000 persons who volunteer annually. Our dedicated team is highly trained, and puts a priority on providing top-quality services that emphasize patience, trust and respect.  

 

Executive Team   Enable’s executive team has extensive experience working in the non-profit industry and social services.  

 

 

Lisa Coscia, M.A.   — Chief Executive Officer

A business executive with more than 27 years of experience in Human Services, Lisa has managed multi-state operations with budgets approaching $150 million and more than 1,000 employees – as well as building successful organizations from the ground up. As Enable’s Chief Executive Officer, Lisa is responsible for leadership, strategic growth, and financial development.

 

 

Robyn Steinman, M.A. — Chief Operating Officer 

With more than 18 years of experience in Human Services, Robyn served as Director of In Home Supports at Enable for nearly three years. She worked for 15 years in foster care — first in direct care then administrative positions — before joining Enable. As COO, Robyn oversees all program operations.

 

Jeffrey Benenati, B.S. — Chief Financial Officer 

With over 25 years of experience in the financial field, Jeff oversees Enable’s financial operations. His previous experience includes managing finance and business including accounting, auditing, management, and leadership.

 

 

 

Louis Moserowitz, M.S. — Chief Compliance Officer

Louis has worked in the field of Human Services for over 30 years, the past 15 as a Director of Quality Assurance.  Prior to that, he directed Employment Programs for individuals with disabilities.  As Enable’s CCO Louis oversees QA, technology, facilities, and all compliance related matters.

Staying Busy, Staying Happy

Chris

Born with cerebral palsy, Chris began receiving services from Enable over 20 years ago when he moved into an Enable group home. He eventually gained the confidence to move out onto his own and, for the past seven years, has been living in his own apartment.

Now 45 years old, Chris loves the independence of living on his own, and has found many ways to stay active through Enable’s programs and resources. Whenever Chris wants to go out—whether to the mall, the movies, or to grab a bite to eat—he calls Access Link for a ride. He also loves to participate in community activities, play games, and work on arts and crafts projects through Enable’s Day Services.

Chris also works two part-time jobs—one as an elevator attendant for Sovereign Bank Arena, and the other as an office helper. “Work is one of the things I do that makes me the happiest,” said Chris. He considers himself a joker at heart and loves making people laugh. “I have a good sense of humor,” Chris shared. “People in my presence are always laughing at something I do or say.”
