On February 8, 2009, Enable will hold “Walk ‘N Roll with Enable” to be held at PEAC Health & Fitness in Ewing , N.J. on their indoor track at 1 pm. The walk is for persons with disabilities, their families and friends, community citizens, volunteers—anyone that wants to participate. PEAC is donating its space as well as offering a warm up period for walkers and rollers.

This walk is being held to inspire participants to be fit as well as raising funds. To participate as a walker or roller, as a partner with a person who has disabilities to pre-train for the walk, or to help raise pledges for the walkers, register now. We encourage you to bring a team. Here is a poster you can print and post at your school, business, congregation, or in your neighborhood and town.

.The Honorary Chairs will be Cynthia DeSouza , Ms. Wheelchair New Jersey 2008 and Kelly Rouba, Ms. Wheelchair New Jersey 2007.  Novo Nordisk is one of our primary sponsors. The Across the Street band will play vintage rock ‘n roll, traditional country and bluegrass, and folk tunes as participants circle the track.
