Uniting communities to make dreams a reality
In 2007, many volunteers are making priceless contributions to those we serve. As well as businesses that continue to connect with Enable for community service projects, we have a youth group from a local congregation visiting residents at one of the group homes one evening each month. And, five fifth graders from a school are going to the Day Program once a month to work one-on-one with participants. What would you like to do?

| Enable helps individuals with disabilities live full and independent lives in our communities. Each person we serve has dreams, goals, and interests. All want to be safe, to live as independently as possible, to have friends, to enjoy recreational activities and to be a part of the community.
We believe that in order to help the individuals and families that we serve reach their goals, we need to facilitate partnerships among our program locations, the persons we serve, and the individuals, groups, and businesses in our communities. This is what Connect with Enable accomplishes. |

Enable provides services at twelve (12) locations plus works with persons who live in their own homes and apartments throughout Central Jersey. Connect with Enable helps persons in the community become involved with our group homes and programs. |

Some examples of ways you or your group can Connect with Enable:
How to get involved
Enable is reaching out to civic groups, groups of students at high schools and colleges, faith-based groups and businesses to inform them of this opportunity. Those that are interested in participating may do so in various ways:
Individuals who want to participate as volunteers must complete applications, screening and training to work one-on-one with persons served by Enable. This must be done in order to protect the persons that we serve.
Groups that want to assist as groups must have a contact person assigned who would provide information to Enable about the group and work with the Executive Director and program managers to develop a realistic plan for assisting.
If you want to become involved, send an email to info@enablenj.org by clicking on the email address.
